On 09th January 2024, a week long Girl Empowerment Mission Winter Workshop commenced at NTPC Dadri. A follow-up program dedicated towards shaping a generation of young girls, the mission is driven towards inspiring girls to become leaders, change-makers and advocates of empowerment.  

The program began with the registration of 120 girls belonging to 12 project affected villages, where they were distributed kits containing their uniforms and stationery items. Further, the young beacons of change were welcomed to the workshop by Shri. Ritesh Bhardwaj, DGM (HR) and other members of the HR department. 

After a round of introduction, the 120 girls were engaged by Team Bindi International through a series of engaging and enlightening sessions to equip the young girls to navigate the challenges of the modern world while fostering a strong sense of self-worth and confidence.
